This Privacy Policy describes how Kevin Barré Photography (“we” or “us”) treats and protects the information we collect about you. By interacting with us through email, form submission, product purchasing, or site browsing, you consent to these practices. If you do not agree to abide by this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Website, purchase any of our products, or complete any of our forms.

We collect information you submit or post. We collect information you post in a public space, on our social media pages or on our website. For instance we collect information you enter when registering and creating favorites lists (first and last name, email address), plus your favorite content on our website etc. We collect personal information when you submit an inquiry for services, and when you complete our worksheet listing the events and schedule of your wedding day, or when you purchase any of our products online. We get information about you from third parties. For example, social media platforms may give us information about you. When you browse the website, the service providers of those sites may automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address.
